The field of freedom

Why do we keep having the same experiences?

Different circumstances. Different people. Different moments.

Yet somehow, we often find ourselves thinking, feeling, reacting and having the same experiences.

And often, we don't even notice it happening.

Inside my mind

    Ancient wisdom · Cognitive-behavioral science

A practice that moves beyond psychology toward something more spiritual.

Classical Yoga offers a philosophical framework for exploring the movements of the mind, conditioned habits, attachment, and the nature of thinking.

Cognitive-behavioral education offers practical ways to examine the relationships between thoughts, emotions, interpretations, and actions.

Together they contribute insights into how we understand our experiences and develop greater self-awareness.

Understand yourself before trying to change yourself.

A fellow sādhaka, a little further down the path.

For more than eight years, meditation and self-inquiry have been part of my personal journey. What began as an attempt to understand my own suffering gradually became a deeper commitment to classical Yoga, Vedānta, and the exploration of human behavior.

This journey led me through spiritual communities and eventually to India, where I immersed myself in traditional Yoga education.

Today, my work brings together Yoga psychology, contemplative practices, and CBT-informed personal development to encourage greater self-awareness and conscious living.
